	Answer	:	Yes, you will be required to register to start downloading songs. Registration is simple-all you need to do is fill out your particulars together with the serial number and activation. Registration date ends 28th Feb 2011, 11.59PM (UTC/GMT +8 hours)

2)	Question	:	How do I register?
	Answer	:	Click on the 'Register' link at the right hand side of the main page. Fill out the form with your particulars, the serial number of your new HP PC and the activation code.

3)	Question	:	How do I get an activation code?
	Answer	:	Every purchase of any HP consumer desktop PCs or Intel-powered HP consumer notebook PCs entitles you to an activation code. Depending on where you have purchased your HP notebook or desktop, you may receive the activation code either on a card, email or via SMS. Please contact your local reseller for more information.

4)	Question	:	Until when can I get the activation code for this promotion?
	Answer	:	Promotion period varies by country. Please check with your local HP reseller for more information.

5)	Question	:	I purchased an HP notebook/desktop pc during the promotion period but I did not get an activation code. How can I get an activation code?
	Answer	:	Kindly contact us with your name and contact details, the country of purchase and the model and serial number of your new HP notebook or desktop.

6)	Question	:	How many songs can I download?
	Answer	:	Each registered activation code allows you to download up to 1,000 songs to listen till 31st October 2011 from the date of registration and 10 songs which you can permanently keep (Download to Keep) per month, or till 31st October 2011. (varies upon registration date)

7)	Question	:	How do I download songs?
	Answer	:	On the song collection, click on the track you wish to download. Choose between "Download to Listen" (keep the song till 31st October 2011) or "Download to Keep" (keep the song permanently) links. A pop-up window will come out to process the download request. Select a location where you want to save the song and click "Save".

8)	Question	:	I have registered in the site but I cannot download any song. How do I address this issue?
	Answer	:	After completing the registration, you may only start downloading songs by logging into the site.

9)	Question	:	I have registered and logged in but I still cannot download any song. How do I address this issue?
	Answer	:	Please contact us so we can assist you. Kindly provide us with your name, contact number, your username on the site and if possible, the time and date you attempted to download songs.

10)	Question	:	Can I re-use my activation code?
	Answer	:	No, each activation code may only be used for registration once.

11)	Question	:	Can I use other Web browsers to browse the site to view and download songs?
	Answer	:	No. Our site only supports Internet Explorer (version 7 or higher is preferred) or Firefox 3.0. As the site uses Windows Media DRM, HP QuickWeb and other Web browsers are not supported.

12)	Question	:	What is the format of the songs that I can download?
	Answer	:	The downloaded songs are in WMA 128-bit format (.WMA file).

13)	Question	:	My browser always prevents me to download a song from your site. How can I address this issue?
	Answer	:	Check the security settings on your Internet Explorer Web browser and ensure that it is set at Medium-Low or lower. On your Web browser, click on Tools -> Internet Options and click on the Security tab to adjust the security settings.

14)	Question	:	Am I allowed to re-download the song if I’ve lost all my downloaded songs on my HP PC?
	Answer	:	Yes, you can send in a request for us to reset the counter by providing your registration details. Repeated requests to reset the counter will be marked down and monitored very closely.
